Letter to the President

...to the PRESIDENT

Dear Mr. President,

Good day Sir!

I am Hazel Angelie from Ilocos Sur. I am not a voter for I am only 15 years old, but I know that my parents supported you during the election last May 10. I also want to congratulate you for winning in the election.
I am a youth and I wrote to you because I want you to hear our cry. With my parents and all the Filipinos all over the country, we are expecting more from you Sir and we hope that you will be a lot better than that of the previous administrations.

You promised us that you will eliminate corruption in our country. I am really looking forward to it because we, the youth, are very much affected especially with regards to our education. I am aware that most of the Nation's fund goes to the Department of Education but how come we still lack instructional materials for our study? We expect more books and computer units but nothing was given to us. We need more classrooms Sir. Our school here can no longer support us for we have a big population in our school. I thought that maybe, the officers of the department are really the corrupt ones.

In your administration Sir, I hope that we will be able to feel some progress in our country, not only for the youth but also with the people who are older than us.
Thank you Mr. President. I pray for your and good health and may God bless you and your family.
